Use password reset. The link in the email is valid for one hour. If no email arrives within a few minutes, check spam, then try again; confirmation emails are rate-limited to a few per hour per address.

Accounts are tied to the email address you signed up with. If you no longer have access to that inbox, write to us from any address and describe the situation.

No. Errors are the point. Every step runs checks: fit and interference, load on joints, torque budget, field of view of sensors, cables reaching every part, and a physics test of the assembly. A red line means the design would fail in real life, not that the app failed.

Open the step, read the message, and change the input it names (usually a dimension in Layout or a part in Drive). Re-run the step. If a check looks wrong for your case, send us the project name and the exact message.

Most steps are pure algorithms and cost nothing. Steps that call a language model (Concept conversation, AI structure assembly, exterior design, code assistance) show their cost in the app before and after they run, in US cents. Each of those steps has a hard budget cap, so a single run cannot exceed it.

Current Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop. The 3D editor needs WebGL 2. Uploading firmware to a board over USB uses Web Serial, which only Chrome and Edge provide; on other browsers you can still download the code and flash it with Arduino IDE or arduino-cli.

In the Structure step choose Download model. The package contains robot.urdf, one STL per part, convex collision hulls, masses, a MuJoCo-ready variant and a script for NVIDIA Isaac Sim. Any tool that reads URDF and STL can open it.
